I’m driven by my mission to inform, inspire, and empower people to live healthier, happier lives through creativity and the movement arts. This is why I’m devoted to researching and developing ways to enliven our creative spirit so we can lead our most fulfilling lives.

I was raised in the ancient and exotic castle of Montánchez in Spain, a crossroads of cultures and civilizations for millennia. This rich heritage shapes my work as an award-winning speaker, author, dance educator, wellness workshop leader, and multimedia producer.

For over a decade, I've guided thousands of people through my Lunaris Online Academy at PuelaLunaris.com, where you'll find free resources—including dance lessons, fascinating interviews, ebooks, and more—to help you fulfill your full potential. I know that everyone has a unique spark waiting to be ignited, and I'm here to help you light it up.

Over the years, I have seen how both my students and I have allowed the insidious voice of a merciless inner critic to erode our self-confidence and self-love. That’s why I created the Lunaris Flamenco Power Poses™ Workshop and the  Days of Delight coloring book, filled with empowering "I AM..." affirmations and magical mandalas inspired by ancient sacred geometry, to retrain our brains so we can transform that inner critic into our biggest fan!
